The pool area was our favourite part of the hotel, the slides were so fun for adults and kids. Our room was beautiful overlooking a pond with lily pads and ducks and the ocean in the background. The staff were so friendly and hospitable. The kids club had bunnies which the kids loved. The koi ponds were also a big hit with the kids, as well as the hot and cold plunge pools.

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at this resort. The property has lovely gardens and a beautiful beach. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the Grand Club suite and privileges, especially access to the Grand Club pool. Although the rooms were a bit tired, they were comfortable and clean. We were lucky enough to experience beautiful weather during our stay.

Great overall, perfect for a young family vacation. Well kept resort, rooms are comfy, good dining options, pool and beach are fantastic.

The beach is excellent, waves in the morning, still in the afternoon, shallow great for kids, clean beach very little rubbish. Lovely gardens great for Instagram phototos, pools nice and warm, attentive staff. We were given the north complex, top floor, very very quiet, slept like a baby, very peaceful, breakfast 1 minute walk away. Hotel prepared our room with flowers free of charge, but a day early lol 😂

When we extended our stay till August 12, not only we had a good price for the room, breakfast was included as well (after the negotiation) which made my boys were so happy. On the other note, there is Bali Collections (lots of restaurants) just walking distance from the hotel.

Majority staff are super helpful and kind. So much activities to enjoy for the whole family. Size of the property is impressive. Baby cots as seperate bed is a value added. must to have club access,the money spent on that is worth.

Best beach in Bali. Beach is also very close to the Pools if you have young kids. Excellent service from the Beach staff who are always on hand for drinks and food. The setting is full of with beautiful trees that act as umbrellas. Getting a Sun bed is generally not a problem either. Plenty of restaurants and the Breakfast included has a variety of options. Bali Collection mall literally across the road if you want something different to eat. Hotel was last renovated in 2007, but you would think it was done in the last 2 years as everything is well maintained and certainly hasn’t dated.

The facility itself if big enough to spend few days within resort. we can see lots of things happening for families and kids. it is specious and beautiful, definitely recommended. the facility is located across ( walking distance) from an area where you can finds lots of restaurants, shops and other things. it is good hangout place specially in evening. about 1 KM from resort you can also find other restaurants and street shop. it is about 20 mints walk or 5 mints by taxi.
